Everything is looking up for Purdue Basketball— Katie wanted to get bigger and faster and have guards that could score—- well— I guess wishes do come true. —This team this fall will be entirely different than last year.— We had some players but they just could not put it together —for what ever reason—- it happens.— sometimes you just need to start all over again and I will have to say— Katie didn’t plan it —- but it happened and I will have to say — for the good —It is happening in football and it is happening here—- and I will say— I am excited for next season.—-With the same players— I really thought that the results will be the same— and it probably would have been.——But now—a brand new start for everyone— GO BOILERS !!!

I guess there is always the concern that a player moving up to the big ten they could be getting in over their head— it happens— that is why some players disappear—i would think the physical part is what is different.— the big ten is very rough— so we will see if this player can handle that.— if she can’t I would say she will transfer out again— it’s like a chess game— I hope she is built for it— the first thing that I would say to her—“Welcome to the weight room”— lets get with it .

5-11 guard who can get to the hoop sounds like a good fit for KGs offense. All the transfers are coming out of mid majors (or lower) is that concerning?

It depends on how the rest of the roster shapes up. I don't think Purdue is done adding.

It needed more size on the perimeter/wing, and Henderson brings that element. We'll see if Katie added a proven scorer that can get it done against Big Ten competition.
